Please complete the required client consent and intake forms before your service. Forms completed at appointment time may reduce hands-on service time.

Cash, card, PayPal, and other approved electronic payments are accepted. A non-refundable reservation deposit may be required before an appointment is confirmed. The deposit is applied to the final service total and may be waived by Oasis for established clients. Same-day appointments may include a $50 fee. By confirming an appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

Text requests are not confirmed appointments until Oasis replies and finalizes the details. Please request appointments with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so service time, supplies, travel, and paperwork can be prepared.

Services, add-ons, timing, travel, and specialty requests are reviewed before booking is confirmed. Final pricing will be confirmed after your appointment request and service plan are discussed, before you pay a deposit or attend the appointment.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This same notice standard applies if Oasis needs to reschedule. Late cancellations are charged $50, and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 10 minute grace period is allowed; after 10 minutes, time may be deducted from the session. If the schedule allows, a late session may still receive its full reserved time. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and charged in full because preparation, supplies, travel, and appointment time have already been reserved. If Oasis must cancel a confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the client will receive a complimentary massage credit.

Mobile service is available within the immediate Los Angeles service area. Travel beyond the complimentary service area is charged at $2 per mile, calculated round-trip. Parking and tolls are additional. If a client directs Oasis to park in a restricted, unsafe, or paid area, the client is responsible for any resulting parking ticket, towing fee, or related charge. In-home appointments require a clean, clear working area of at least 6 by 3 feet, accessible parking, and no stairs to climb with equipment.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL THERAPEUTIC SERVICE. Clients undress only to their comfort level and remain professionally draped. Genital areas, the gluteal cleft, and breasts are not exposed during routine massage. Sexual activity and genital or anal massage are prohibited. Please avoid jewelry that may interrupt massage flow. Inappropriate behavior ends the appointment immediately and may result in full service charges. Review CAMTC professional standards.

For in-home services, children and pets must remain safely away from the treatment and equipment area. Please discuss any guests or special circumstances before the appointment so the space remains calm, clean, private, and ready for care.

Massage and bodywork services are for clients 18 and over. Children's parties and spa experiences do not include massage services. Parent or guardian consent is required for all services provided to minors.

Please disclose allergies to essential oils, nut oils, vitamin E, CBD, topical creams, or heat products. Water is recommended after massage. Specialty pain relief or heat products may be an added cost.
