Please complete required client consent and intake forms before your service. Forms completed at appointment time may reduce hands-on service time.

Cash, card, and wireless payments are accepted. A valid card may be required to hold an appointment. Same-day appointments may include a $50 fee. By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions listed on this page.

Text requests are not confirmed appointments until Oasis replies and finalizes the details. Please request appointments with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so service time, supplies, travel, and paperwork can be prepared.

Some add-ons and specialty requests require review after booking. Final pricing may be confirmed after your appointment request is received and your service plan is discussed.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This same notice standard applies if Oasis needs to reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged 100%. A 10 minute grace period is allowed; after 10 minutes, time may be deducted from the session. If you prefer the full session and the schedule allows, the service may begin late. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and charged in full due to preparation time, supplies, travel, and reserved appointment availability. If Oasis must cancel your confirmed appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a complimentary massage credit may be offered.

Mobile service is available within the immediate Los Angeles service area. Travel outside the immediate area may be billed at $2 per mile. Clients are responsible for any parking costs required for the appointment. If a client directs Oasis to park in a restricted, unsafe, or paid area, the client is responsible for any resulting parking ticket, towing fee, or related charge. Stairs, small spaces, or carrying equipment into a home may add fees. A 6 by 3 foot working area is requested for in-home service.

This is a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. For massage services, undergarments are required, and clients remain properly draped throughout the session. Draping is maintained for comfort, privacy, and professional boundaries. Please avoid jewelry that may interrupt massage flow. Inappropriate behavior ends the appointment immediately and may result in full service charges.

Please discuss children, guests, pets, and the appointment setting before mobile services so the work area stays calm, respectful, and ready for care.

Massage and bodywork services are for clients 18 and over. Sports therapy may be considered for high-school-age clients 13 and older with parent or guardian consent, and doctor approval may be required when appropriate. Children's spa experiences do not include massage services.

Please disclose allergies to essential oils, nut oils, vitamin E, CBD, topical creams, or heat products. Water is recommended after massage. Specialty pain relief or heat products may be an added cost.
